Free Worldwide Shipping

We're pleased to offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Your shipping cost is $0 at checkout, no matter where you are.

Processing & Delivery Time

Production: 2-5 business days to create your custom print locally Shipping: 3-7 business days for delivery

Total estimated time: 5-12 business days from order to delivery

Please allow additional time during peak periods or holidays. Because Gelato produces your artwork at facilities close to your location, delivery is typically faster than traditional international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your artwork's journey to you.

Customs & Duties

For most orders, customs duties and taxes are minimal or not applicable since your print is produced locally in your region. However, in some cases, local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
