At Rowoo Design, we want you to love your premium nature photography print. Because each piece is custom-made to order through our partner Gelato, we have specific policies to ensure quality while minimizing waste.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects or print quality issues
  • Wrong item or size received

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Step 2: We'll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Step 3: Return the item following the provided instructions. Gelato will provide the return address specific to your location.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom Orders & Change of Mind

Because each print is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the artwork. Please review product details, dimensions, and preview images carefully before ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or tracking your shipment closely.
